1. Definitions and Interpretation

3. User Account and Member Responsibilities

Each gaya99 member is fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. The following are key responsibilities that must be observed:

• Keep your password and login details confidential. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact customer support immediately.
• Only one account is permitted per individual. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended immediately.
• Ensure that personal information stored in the account is kept up to date and accurate at all times.
• Do not share your account, password or payment details with any other party.
• Do not use the account for any purpose other than legitimate personal gambling — activities such as commercial fund transfers, money laundering or fraud are prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gaya99 platform are subject to the following policy:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within one hour after the request is approved.

• All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be in the name of the same member who owns the account.

Any deposit that cannot be matched to a valid user will be returned using the same payment method. gaya99 does not bear any bank charges or third-party processing fees that may be imposed.

All bonuses and promotions offered by gaya99 are subject to specific conditions stated alongside the relevant offer. The general terms that apply are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match on the first deposit up to RM1,000. Wagering of 10 times the bonus amount is required before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Example: deposit RM100, bonus RM100, balance RM200 — wagering required is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member and have no cash value other than for use in placing bets.

VIP Programme consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. Tier upgrades depend on the member's betting activity and assessment by gaya99.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

gaya99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Proven occurrence of fraud, promotion abuse or breach of these terms and conditions.

• Suspicious activity indicating possible money laundering or financial fraud.
